Strategically locate prospective development sites and evaluate sites for development suitability and highest and best use. Future development opportunities are selected judiciously with focus on renovation, expansion and densification.

Analyse prospective sites and assess development feasibility by examining site location, accessibility, visibility, adjacent uses, zoning and redevelopment potential.

Co-ordinate applications to municipal and provincial governing authorities including zoning by-law and Official Plan amendments. The firm liaises with urban planners, municipal lawyers and architects on all development projects.

Oversee all development evaluations prepared by professional consultants.

Negotiate new development and construction projects including high-rise multiple unit residential buildings, single family dwellings and other institutional projects.

Provide development agreements specific to each project and prepare as required by the property owner.

Plan and control the development project to completion to achieve the desired goals and objectives of the client.

Prepare detailed cash flow projections for proposed developments and existing properties analysing gross potential income, hard and soft development costs and debt service.

Prepare realistic development budgets and monitor actual performance against targets.
